Since 2013 The camel company of Canada has been designing, producing, importing and marketing camel wool products throughout Ontario, Canada! We have a history of dealing with cold climate back dating the cold winter days’ in Western Mountains bordering Iran, Turkey and Iraq in the middle east at altitudes of 1500 feet above sea levels.
In Ontario, Canada cold season lasts four to 6 months of the year. In other parts of the country the cold season is even longer. Winters are seven months old marked by dry, cold air and snowy conditions. We've created styles that let you face winter with the ability to keep yourself and your loved ones safe from the cold conditions of winter.

Body in Cold Weather

37C (80 F) is ideal. At this temperature the body works optimally and maintains a steady internal temperature of 37 C (98.6 F) essential for proper body function.
In spite of this, we live and function in cold climate because of the capacity to adopt and we make sure of clothing to maintain body temperature in equilibrium. In order for the body to work properly, we need to provide energy in form of food and water. This enables our heartbeat, muscle work and brain function.

When the body gets cold, blood flow to arms legs and feet is reduced in order to maintain both the heat level and the blood flow in the head and vital organs.
Many problems with the feet are related to lack of ventilation.
Shoes made with excessively impermeable materials and socks with high syntactic content conspire to prevent the foot perspiration from evaporating.

How Does Camel Wool work?

Camel wool fibers are not straight but are bent forming crimps. The mechanical wool action on the body has a micro-massaging effect on the body which helps blood supply to the organ.
The springiness, resiliency, thermal conductivity of camel wool makes it very favorable for therapeutic use,
Camel wool products are breathable, exchanging air between body part and its surroundings. Camel wool also has thermostatic properties which protects and insulates in cold weather as well as keep is cool in warmer temperature.
“For example, peripheral vascular disease associated with metabolic disease ( i.e. Diabetes’s, arteriosus ) arthritis, paresis and paralysis of peripheral nervous all require intervention of yielding heat therapy. Wool products such as garments linings shoulder straps, knee pads and lumber pads exert a very positive effect on the above mentioned circulatory disturbances.

Manufacturing in Mongolia

Mongolia’s Gobi desert is a mysterious place of untouched beauty and hidden treasures. Picturesque mountains, gushing rivers, sandy dunes and wide open country is the heart of the camel land.
Extremely cold winters followed by intensely hot summers are characterized by the landscape and its dwellers.
The Bactrian camel is perfectly equipped for such harsh climate. The soft luxurious hair of the camel has been used for therapeutic clothing and household use for thousands of years.
100% designed in Canada, made in Mongolia.
All Camel Heal line of products are manufactured by our sister company the Mongolia Heal Company in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Ever since our beginning in 2013, we have searched for quality Camel Wool Products, in 2018 we were able to register a manufacturing company with Mongolia colleges to produce and export Camel Heal Line of quality luxury therapeutic products.
The wool used in clothing is mainly camel hair and Yak wool from the Gobi Desert in Mongolia, the wool is spun and dyed in Mongolia, with the highest quality garments.
Machines are used to circular knit the sleeves, the legs, and the body for best possible fit and comfort.
The advantage of using modern technology is that garments can be worn directly against the skin with minimum seams, resulting in flexible and comfortable garments.
Once a garment is finished, its checked for highest quality finish and then it is packaged and distributed worldwide.

The Camel Company of Canada has developed an entire collection of garments and household comfort for the whole body awake or while asleep.
All products could be combined differently depending on the temperatures and form of activity. Camel Heal Line of products have been made from the soft fine fur of the camel hair from Bactrian Camel inhibiting exclusively in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
